More than chocolate.
MUSA Cosméticos started in Venezuela with a simple but stubborn idea: if we have some of the best cacao in the world, we should be doing far more with it than chocolate.
Where it started
Cacao butter as the base.
We began with one conviction: that the emollient effect of cacao is everything skin actually needs, and the quiet secret of some of the most beautiful women in the world.
Day by day, with the finest cacao butter as our base, that became what we are now: a clean cosmetics and lip care line, with nothing in it for show.
The name
“Musa” means muse. The name is a tribute to all the women who inspire us.
Ten years on
From Venezuela to Canada.
Ten years on, MUSA is a small company with a decade of operations in Venezuela and a place in the country's leading pharmacy chains.
We're bringing it to Canada for the same reason we started: great cacao deserves a bigger audience, and skin deserves better than a long ingredient list.
