Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from musacosmetics.com and musacosmetics.ca, operated by MARE Distributions Inc., an Ontario corporation operating as Musa Cosmetics ("we", "us"), Unit 103-173, 2727 Steeles Ave W, North York, ON M3J 3G9, Canada, hello@musacosmetics.ca.

1. Who can buy

We sell to consumers in Canada and ship to AB, BC, NB, NL, NS, ON, PE, NT, NU and YT. We don't currently ship to Quebec, Saskatchewan or Manitoba, or outside Canada.

2. Prices and taxes

All prices are in Canadian dollars. GST/HST is added at checkout based on your delivery province (GST/HST No. 74953 9979 RT0001). Shipping is $4.95 on orders under $15 and free on orders of $15 or more. Before you pay, checkout shows the itemized price, taxes, shipping and total. There are no other fees.

3. Products

Besos de Musa lip balms are cosmetics. Full ingredient lists are on each product page. If you have sensitive skin, try a small amount first and stop use if irritation occurs.

4. Orders

Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order with a full refund if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred.

5. Delivery

See our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery is shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

See our Refund Policy. You can cancel free of charge until your order ships.

7. Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or the consumer protection law of your province.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
