Refund policy

We want you to love your Besos de Musa. If something isn't right, here's how it works.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at no cost until it ships. Email hello@musacosmetics.ca with your order number as soon as possible and we'll refund you in full, including shipping and taxes.

Returns

• Unopened products: return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price and taxes. Email hello@musacosmetics.ca with your order number first and we'll send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by you unless the return is due to our error.
• Opened products: for hygiene reasons, opened lip balms can't be returned or exchanged.
• Damaged, defective or wrong items: email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund (including shipping), whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the item back.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Reactions

If you have a reaction to a product, stop using it and contact us at hello@musacosmetics.ca. We record and follow up on every report.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection law of your province.
