Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship within Canada to Alberta, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon. We don't currently ship to Quebec, Saskatchewan or Manitoba, or outside Canada.

Shipping cost

• Orders of $15 or more (before tax): free standard shipping.
• Orders under $15: $4.95 standard shipping.

The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no other fees.

Processing and delivery

We ship from Toronto, usually within 2 business days of your order. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 15 business days, email hello@musacosmetics.ca with your order number and we'll make it right.
